Mastering the Learning Process was developed by Dennis Sale, founder and educational researcher, in collaboration with Emma McCartan, Assistant Headteacher (NPQSL, M.Ed), and Mark Singh, experienced educator and learning strategist. Dennis led the research foundation, while Emma and Mark translated it into practical, evidence-informed strategies that students can use every day. Together, they created this programme to give students the tools, strategies, and mindset to take control of their learning, build confidence, and achieve lasting academic success — skills that are often missing in traditional schooling.
